Cannot interact with ritual altar

As title. All mob around the ritual is cleared. has the passive to force each map to have 4 rituals.
 edit: still have 2 monsters in the whole map to kill, but no where to be found. Is the monsters clipped into wall or something so that bugged the ritual altar?
