latency high in map [1000+] - gateway Singapore

i have a lot of problems Some of the maps listed have latency as high as 2000, sometimes 5000, but it is on some maps. And sometimes when I die on the map When I enter the map again It was slippery as usual.
I contacted my isp and they reset it as well as I reset my router at home. But it still has some problems. I've checked the problematic map using winMTR and found that it has a packet loss. I don't know what that means.

what i try :
- Contact the ISP, they have reset the signal.
- Reset my home internet router.
- Turn off the firewall because I saw some posts on the web that it helped.
- change gateway no different Even worse Other gateways start at Ping 200, very fun.
- Restart the computer.
- port forward because some sites say it helps (again).
- Turn off everything using the internet and just play this good game.
- Try other modes: lockstep predictive, even auto...auto to 10000 ping (kidding).
- pray
