Xandro Blooddrinker - regen scaling in Kalandra

Please consider a slight nerf to exile regen at higher tier Kalandra. This mod regens 3% of life when at low life, and with the massive HP buff difficulty 10 gives 3% of alot is alot.

ngl xandro is kinda cooked in the lake

The bigger problem with Xandro Blooddrinker is that he seems to have Resolute Technique, making for very annoying deaths when playing any sort of evasion character, especially melee.

Xandro blooddrinker overall is one of the scarriest Exiles you can encounter out there

- He does indeed have Resolute Techniques

- Quite strong ground slam attack if you don't have armour

- Vaal groundslam that applies a really strong bleed

I didn't actually know he has increased regen when on low life, too :D What a chad
