Maven Heal Ability

So i just tryed a Hunter Map with the Maven watching. As it turned out she can heal bosses for literall 50% max HP every 10 seconds. Even with my 4million DPS buld i couldnt get through this. I had a 60% reduction in mana life and es recovery mod on the map so i couldnt blast all the time, But i thought to myself "Hey hunter is pretty doable even with the fight drag on for a minute or two". But god forbid this. The meme of nukeing bosses down in 3 seconds or get fucked is still pretty alive.

I have heard rumors that GGG wants a game where skilled gameplay maters more then relying on character power. Good job so far^^

It is a bit dumb but if you are ever maven witnessing an end game boss bring along a level 1 frost bomb gem and drop it on the them everytime the maven starts talking.

there needs to be a longer cooldown for her stupid heal ability

i was fighting a mapboss with +health modifiers and it just took freaking forever.....sitting in my RF and tossing fire traps all day just to watch it heal again and again

Fuck her in the way model hovering above the arena
and fuck this mechanic in particular.

Not just from a gameplay perspective but also game development.

GGG can't make interesting bossfights part of the atlas, every boss needs to be downable in under a minute because otherwise, the Maven makes the fight literally undoable.

I made the mistake of not unchecking the maven when opening the sapers realm.

The first phase ... I was over 15 minutes in, the permanent Dot was covering pretty much the entire arena I mean there literally wasn't enough room to dodge his slam anymore but that was ok since that didn't kill me but then the fucking Maven just fucking said her fucking line fucking "Take this vitality boon" I looked at the Shapers still COMPLETELY FULL HEATH BAR, realized I wasn't welcome to end game content.
This isn't fun, this wasn't me fucking up a dodge or not understanding the mechanics nope it was just a dps check that said I wasn't invited on my 10K hp RF build.


That fucking bitches fucking heal mechanic is having me reconsider if I ever want to play again.

In conclusion fuck this mechanic, fuck it all the way through the source code to the idiot who suggested it be added to the game.

Frostbomb is still a thing. Just saying

You don't even need frost bomb anymore, just run Ryslatha as your minor god and call it a day.
