heist is blocked in atlas tree but is randomly activated using fortune favours the brave. Cache is in the map but has nothing when opened. And its hard to file bug report. Last bumped on Sep 2, 2022, 3:54:31 PM

I was going to post this same issue.
Sine the caches are being created, it “seems” that the game rolled Heist, created caches and then removed items. Didn’t have this issue before, starting noticing with one of the patches. |
