Ps4 trade site API not updating

I have been receiving direct whispers from trade site for items that had sold prior on trade board. I assumed this was possibly an issue where it would update after a few hours at most. but I have still been receiving whispers today (2 days later) for a request to purchase a Tabula Rasa for 20 chaos. I have looked up the item on trade site myself now and can see that I am still listed as one of the sellers of the item for 20 chaos even though I have not had that item anymore for 2 days now.

I don't recall having received any direct whispers this league for items that already sold through the trade site. is the site API not updating in general/very delayed or perhaps its just not updating when an item is sold via trade board?

Can confirm this happens on Xbox as well. Happened 2 times to me in last couple days. Seems to happen when the item is sold through trade board. Some items are still there after multiple days.

Confirmed on PS5.
At least 3 times now I had people asking for stuff I already sold 2 hours ago.

Also please make the trade whisper sound better to hear.
