Challenge"Complete at least 5 Abysses in a single map" cant be completed

Also getting frustrated with this challenge. I don't have any Atlas tree exclusions, but I do have all Abyss related nodes allocated.
I did this twice: winged abyss scarab + bench abyss. The map has explicit: area contains 5 additional abysses - but I only got 4 each time (T15 Atoll and T16 Dunes). Simply the 5th abyss is not spawning... Reported as bug, ref no.: 3,234,500,229. Debug: 672,249,477. Screenshot: https://ibb.co/LvMLbhz Update: I've managed to complete the challenge now by using sextant mode + gilded abyss scarab + map device bench. 5 abysses did spawn as expected, thus I believe the bug in fact is caused by the winged scarab. It failed for me as well:
Ramparts T16 +2 via map implicit +2 via Kirac abyss craft +1 via small scarab (cheapest one) Map stats stated "area contains 5 additional abysses" and I opened four abyssal troves and completed one depth with that lianmamo..thingy lich. As others mentioned, I carefully cleared the map and activated+completed one abyss at a time. I did not disable abyss via atlas tree (need the jewels anyways), instead most of the abyss nodes are active. Maven witnessed the boss fight, that should not interfere. SSF pain :( |

Was able to complete this with a winged scarab + map device, on Arid Lake. Cleared map first and made sure to do abysses one at a time. Bug is not related to the scarabs it seems

Essentially, it takes a few tries before you make it. I managed it after 3 failures with a map that spawned 6 Abysses, and it only counted after the 6th, although I had done all the previous ones properly. So it seems that something, sometimes, makes one Abyss not count for the challenge.

Had the same issue have done 3 maps with winged scarabs + map device abyss, all dunes one at a time making sure to open chest no completion.

ugh, just happened to me in Dunes...Winged scarab + enchant. Opened each trove before starting next one, no luck...geesh Sadge
