You still seems not to understand that ehp doesn't make you tanky, and with what you have on PoB you WILL get oneshots and it is not a game fault, it is your fault and your holes in defence like 3k chaos dmg will wipe you.

Sorry for shattering your ilusion, but saying that you have "130k effective hit pool" means nothing, especialy when you can take only 3k chaos dmg hit. You also calculated your ehp for all buffs up and no mods on maps like weaker aura.

Cast when dmg taken activates when you lose life, for that first hit, your molten shell is not working and you will take whole dmg. If your fortify is not up yet, then you're squishy. You will die many times with such attitude.
