Divine Shield / Ghost Dance Stat-Checks are Pointless

Both Divine Shield and Ghost Dance have a Stat-Check where you can't recover Energy Shield above Armour / Evasion. Problem is, if your Armour / Evasion is below your ES level, the skills are pointless anyway. Ghost Dance amounts to a 9% ES recharge every 9 seconds, tops, and Divine Shield is probably far less than that, considering Armour blocks far less at levels so low. It's always stunned me that the wordiness in those skills was ever deemed necessary.

I'll concede that the skills do feel like free stats with no investment required, but these requirements aren't even difficult to surmount, and without investment in Armour / Evasion, the regeneration is a joke regardless. The Stat-Check is simply unimpactful in the Keystones, please come up with something else, even if this one rolls off the tongue a bit easier.

Honestly, though, it's simply an accumulation stat that grows as your stats do, like a STR / DEX / INT stat tagalong on your Iron Will / Iron Grip / Magebane / Solipsism / etc., except this one is on a defensive stat. The small trickle you get at low levels simply do not necessitate a negative impact on those nodes, the only reason they legitimately have a negative on Magebane and Solipsism is the 100% accumulation on those skills (750 INT with Solipsism, 1500- DEX for Magebane, 2250- DEX for Magebane + Acrobatics). On those skills, a detriment is more necessary because the 100% saturation value can bring a heavy power spike, but the trickle value doesn't really matter.

So, again, please remove the trickle-block on these skills. It simply doesn't do anything meaningful to the nodes. A separate power-investor-detraction stat may be warranted, but the slap on the wrist in the other direction does nothing but look silly.
