Can you safely reroll items with fractured legacy mods?

Hi everyone,

I've got a now legacy vaal regalia with fractured 100% increased global defences.

I'd like to reroll the remaining mods, but don't want to risk the chance that the fractured global defences will reroll to the new 50% value.

Anybody have a concrete answer on this question?

Divining or otherwise rerolling will not affect the legacy mod; it will stay at 100%.

In general you should expect this to be true as this is how Fractured mods behave. From personal experience (fractured legacy temple ES/%ES on ring), it cannot be changed. You're all good.
