lightning conduit no dps

hi, on xbox with all my character, LC didnt work, when i want see details like dps ect is ok

but if im try to kill mob like level 1 impossible to kill him
gem didnt work

Hi, playing LC right now on PS. It seems fine.

The skill only can hit shocked enemies. So you have to apply shock with another skill first. You could try Orb of Storms or Strombrand, if you have chance to inflict shock. (Elementalist has an Ascendency Skill that always inflict shock)
Note that the enemy is not shocked anymore if you hit it with LC, so you have to periodically reinflict shock.
