Divine bug on utility flask

I got an Alchemist's quicksilver flask of the rainbow.
(37-40)% all elemental resistance at 38% and the increase effect. Tried 7 divines on the flask, the effect was changing the numbers, but the suffix (38%) never moved once. STOP NERFING AURA Last bumped on Aug 30, 2022, 11:15:55 PM
