Not Having Niles in Heist PS4

i have complete story lines in Heist but i still don't have Niles so i can't do most of things, i have no more drops of plan history.

Also on Ps alf on the thing drops my frame to 1 or 2 can you add something to reduce the animations idk, it's getting very frustrating to die after you screen froze forlike 3 sec.
I'ld have go back on pc but you still don't allow the cross save so it would means lost my 50+ purchase on that account so nice GGG

Run normal heists contracts with the last rogue that joined you to unlock the next/last one in this case. I'm not fully sure, but to be on the safe side, run a heist for the rogue's PRIMARY skill.
