Cartography Strongbox not spawning?

Been running strongboxe nodes all league and still haven't found one maps strongbox for the challenge, but the scarab box seems to be spawning more often than normal. please look into this issue, thanks GGG!

Same for me, circa 500 maps played, about 20-40 operatives strongboxes but not a single cartographer strongbox with all strongbox nodes selected.

I did found one, but they are probably the rarest as I found several arcanists, diviners or unique boxes so far

If i'm right, past t13 Cartographer's strongbox doesnt spawn.

Got it now after 10 maps after removing all other nodes which increase the chance of other strongboxes spawning. In a T16 map. Maybe i was just unlucky :) or it was buggy with all nodes selected. Ty for your replies.

Hmm, I missed the part, if it is recently indeed not spawning in T13+..
Past leagues, I was chaining the same T16s and clearly remembering getting them daily. Furthermore, today I finally found one in a T16 map, but it was a unique box. Of course, challenge says rare, not rare or above, so did not count.. I am at almost 700k kills, allocated the carto nodes at 140k. All-time non-streamer luckless dropless rewardless tons-of-time-playing non-TFT-er 100% solo player.
So, it just turns out, we were lied to for years with the promises of a two-storied one PoE 4.0. All these worse and worse beta leagues, all these braindead changes, all lead to this. |

I can guarantee mine spawned in a T16 map yesterday.
Yeah last league they spawned much more regulary. I feel like somehow nodes from the atlas tree which increase the chance of other special strongboxes spawning take away the chance from catographers strongboxes. Maybe it is even amplified by higher tier maps? A friend of mine got 2 boxes in 10 minutes yesterday in T12 maps, he also had no nodes selected. |

I am amazed day by day more and more, how messed up this patch is..
After 770k kills, I decided today to put an end to this box hunting. To help others, ran T12 strands, added box scarabs and used my monstrous treasures I had. For atlas tree, I only had the twice tempted, tamper-proof and concealed logistics nodes. Got it on the 3rd map with this stategy with 30-35 boxes per these T12 strand maps. All-time non-streamer luckless dropless rewardless tons-of-time-playing non-TFT-er 100% solo player.

The spawn rates for cartos is nerfed in red maps. You can get it within a few white maps.

Got one in a map earlier (white, I think?) but didn't realize its value so didn't corrupt it... oops :D
For what it's worth, it's also possible to complete this challenge if you get one in a Temple of Atzoatl Strongbox room. |
