Flask Not Refilled as Loaded

Hi GGG,

While using "The Writhing Jar" Flask in my Hideout, I noticed that it doesn't refill the charges for use, according to the following video.

To test:

- Being in the Hideout
- Use the Flask "The Writing Jar" until the charges run out
- Take the Flask out of Space and put it back to recharge
- Check if you recharged the Charges
