[PS4] Mirror Tablets are per character, but operations are account wide

Not sure if this is technically a bug or not, but it seems like it isn't intentional.

If you have multiple characters, then the mirror tablets are per-character (at least while the 2nd character is in the story... I assume it continues to be that way when they are in maps, but don't have a 2nd char in maps to test it yet).

However, the operations (reroll, skip, banish) are account wide.

So if you spend all those on your character in the acts, they are also gone on your maps character.

Likewise, if you start a new tablet on either character, it refills the operations for both characters.
