Fog of War Persistence

EDIT/UPDATE: Logging out of one character and into another, and then back to the original character fixed this. (Even when rebooting game/computer did not.)

In any zone--whether my hideout or map or anything else--the fog of war reappears as soon as I move. So my map only shows the circle around where my character currently sits.

I've tried rebooting game & computer.
