Iridescent Wings missing from Cosmetics Inventory

I've not had the wings show up in my cosmetics inventory at all since "unlocking" them at 10 challenges. I'm currently sitting at 18 challenges done and was hoping that the tier II unlock would correct the issue yet I am still wingless. It'd be great to figure out what could be wrong. Just never actually got them. Anyone know what's up with this?
