Constant Texture Issues [Mac OSX]

For whatever reason the game is constantly stretching and slicing textures, i can go an hour without seeing any issues and the game in general runs smoothly but then enter a map or hideout and the floor is missing, the walls are stretched, whole parts of the instance go black and then switch location and it can go back to fine.

I have tried on all texture qualities and fiddled with all the graphical settings but to no avail.

I would like to point out i play on Mac OSX 10.14.6 and up until the Scourge League never had a single issue with the game.

Any thoughts or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
