Microtransaction tiers

I don't know if i missed anything but i see that some micotransactions have tiers. I was wondering how these higher tiers get unlocked?

There have been some Mystery Box microtransactions that were able to be combined to make a merged version of the cosmetics. For example, the Heritage and Divergence Armour Set Pieces, Hoods, Back Attachments, Wings, Weapon Effects, Portals and Footprints introduced in the Harmony Mystery Box can be combined to receive the blended Harmony version. More information on this particular Mystery Box can be seen here: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3230823 Similar Mystery Box announcements can be found in the Announcements sub-forum. If you are referring to the Supporter Pack specific microtransactions, these change appearance dependant upon your in-game play. For example the Rogue Supporter Pack's Beast of Burden pet changes appearance based upon how full your inventory gets. I believe that the tiers in question are the tiers for the reward MTX in the Lake of Kalandra Leagues.
Completing more of the challenges will upgrade the items in question. You can see them ingame via the "H" key, Challenges tab. 😹😹😹😹😹

I am missing both iridescent Character Effects while having 18 challenges completed. Anyone else having issues?
