(PS4) convoking wand not dropping in temple

The "convoking wand" with the "citaqualotl" mods seems to be with the drop disabled, both in maps with Alva missions and in the temple.
I did a lot of hybridization chambers and ~800 missions, didn't see one a single time. I also checked in the trade on the site, but none seems to exist. No one really play PS4. So that no one able to drop one does not means it is bugged
