Standard atlas progression gone, how do i get it back?

Tried running a t16 rare corrupted map last night but still have a blank atlas. Is there a specific map i should do? Should i have done that before converting the maps in my stash? This is on xbox?

What map DID you do? I suggest running one that is actually on the atlas. Should work.
