unveiled operation failed

just unveiled a few items for like 8% increased damage per frenzy charge and received a "The operation could not be completed" item loses chance to unveil and i dont get craft i got screen shots and stuff im working on getting on upload from xbox

That's super weird.

I get the same error message on PS5, but everything works correctly, even though it gives the error message.

The unveil happens and I learn the craft, but it still says "the operation could not be completed".

i reloaded and the items and craft fixed itself i wonder if its when u been playing for so long caused it because it was weird i did a helmet no issue then a weapon gave me the error and then tried again got same error but it fixed itself atleast
