PS5 GREY SCREEN OF DEATH PLEASE HELP

Software continually crashes. Currently on a PS5. Last time I played this game on a PS4 and I do not remember any blue screens (software crashing). On the PS5 it is seemingly a grey screen when the software crashes. This is what is happening consistently every time I play Path of Exile. Sometimes in 5 minutes. Sometimes it is in 1 hour. There is no science to this crash, but it continually crashes. I seemingly cannot play the game without the game crashing regularly. I have tried many different troubleshooting problems including switching settings in game and in the settings in the actual PS5.

I hope this was the place I needed to post this and if it isn't please direct me to the "Console Bug Reports".

Switched to PS4 Pro. Same internet connection. Same characters. Same everything. Game never crashes...

I would recommend deleting and reinstalling PoE on the PS5.

I play on a PS5, as do some of the people I play with, and none of us are experiencing this, AFAIK.
