I cannot enter Boiling Lake!!!

Game crashes when I try to Enter Boiling Lake in Act 9, hence I cannot proceed to end game!! Please fix it asap!!! I didn't have this issue in the previous league.. WHY isn't the base storyline map not working after the new patch???

" 1. exit PoE. 2. Run packcheck.exe as "an administrator". 3. Delete local PoE client cache files here --> C:\Users\"your windows account name"\AppData\Roaming\Path of Exile\ 4. Now start the PoE client again as "an administrator". |

tried verifying game files on steam, un-installed and re-installed the game.. it still crashed whenever I tried to re-enter Boiling Lake.. I ended up borrowing my bf's computer just to pass Boiling Lake.. this is so weird as I didn't have this issue in the past two leagues.. I mean my laptop is kind of crappy but it is not that bad..
