Buy back sold items feature

I wish there was a buy back feature. I got overzealous and sold a Sceptre that I bought for 42C to a vendor accidently. I know it's my mistake, but if POE had the feature to buy it back like another similar game does, then This wouldn't be an issue.

yea it would be nice...but I don't think its compatible with exactly HOW vendoring works in PoE.

Because you get differing currencies and not "gold", and because there exists vendor recipes it might simply be impossible to re-exchange from a programming standpoint.

There's also the problem that once you get the currency for the item you sold, that currency immediately depreciates in value to whatever its own exchange rate is. So if you trade an item for 10 alt shards, you can't then trade those alt shards back for the item because alt shards have their own conversion which immediately takes precedence.
