Stuck loading screens

Over the past day or so when changing instances, the game will get stuck in a loading screen until I reset my console (base ps4).

It occurs when entering maps, however it has happened once when exiting a map as well

The game doesn't crash (so there is no error message) and the game isn't frozen, as the cogs are still turning.
