Name expired - lock out

Dropped from game asked to log in again says my character name has expired - I put in a new one played for 10 minutes and it did it twice more telling me the third time I was locked out but it let me log in - now my character name id is cCWjpXNSIH - how do I change it back to Beatnikker?

" this happens when GGG can't accept your char name. If you continue doing names that GGG can't accept, then your account will be locked. You will need to e-mail GGG support for further info. |
