Can Kirac's Unique Vault skins be skin transferred?

Hello,
I have a question regarding kirac's vault pass. If I, for example, transfer the Skin of Magma Ecplipsis on a rare shield like before, would I be able to set the unique skin of Zenith Magma Eclipsis for that rare shield with the Magma Eclipsis skin?
