Are you using Petrified Blood?
Is there absolutely nothing else that you're using that affects life regen? Do you have % damage taken recouped as life? |

Make your character public.

no petrified blood, removing the jewel and removing the keystone then its perfect, only happens when i slot the jewel and have eternal youth allocated

Without the jewel socketed, the only two sources of Life Regneration you have are your Vitality gem and the Sanctity node near the Templar start.
When you socket your Glorious Vanity jewel, Sanctity is converted to Thaumaturgical Protection, removing your source of 1% of life regenerated per second, leaving you only with your Vitality gem. The life recovery you experience after casting Forbidden Rite in this case is due to your 35% of damage taken recouped as life. |
