Reintroducing Kirac's Vault

I almost got the Vault for sentinel league because I was playing Arakaali's HOP Guardian, but besides the skin I saw no other value or incentive to buy, and it was a REALLY GOOD league. Now in current LOK state it's insane to offer this.

Fix the league before asking for my money

What build uses cold iron point as melee? Some sort of COC build?
