[RESOLVED] Mission Love is Dead (Act 8), item it disappeared

In the Love is Dead mission from Act 8 I had picked up the Ankh of Eternaty item at one point in the game, but I believe I have dropped it at some point and continued with the game without realizing it, now that I'm back to perform the skill point missions , I can't find it and complete the quest.

I just went back in the area and the item was regenerated in the instance, sorry for the thread.
