Unable to join other player hideout

I have attempted 3 trades from my hideout. None of them worked no matter how much I tried. The trade ended up going through the trade board instead.

Did you get any errors in chat when this happened? It's also possible this player had disabled the ability for party members to visit their hideout. | |

Yes I received an error message..saying unable to access player area

did you party up before? I got this message trying to access the hideout from a guild member, didnt work until we were in a party.
