I cant use direct whisper on trade site

Same issue with whisper on trade site. When I get a whisper to sell a item in game I click on it and try to invite to party, says they are offline.

I also have a 2nd account... no idea where it came from. This also happens to me and this is how I lost my poe 2 twitch drops.

Same here. It's to do with having linked accounts. I'm logging into the trade site via the pause menu in game. But when I direct message, I get an error saying my account needs to be in game. I don't even know what email I'm linked to. This is urgent I cannot trade and need to now.
