I cant use direct whisper on trade site

when i tried to buy something, i press the direct whisper button, but it said invalid query

Are you sure you're logged into the same account that you use the game with?

" Looks like you are on from a duplicate account maybe? It seems improbable that an account with no characters, has never allocated a keystone passive, and has never equipped a unique item has any currency -- and of course, without a character, you can't possible be logged in.   Yet another unpaid Path of Exile 2 Alpha Tester.
