Latency Spikes / Packet Loss - São Paulo Server

Hi, I've been having this issue for the past 3 days now. From time to time I'd start having massive spikes in latency ranging 40-9000. This only happens in the São Paulo server.

The same issue is affecting two of my friends that live in the same city and use the same provider, so I thought that could be related to the issue.

Do any of you have any insight on what I can do to solve this?

Thanks in advance.

Edit: Just noticed someone posted the same issue a few minutes later, unsure if they are from the same region of Brazil as we only have the provider I use here.

same problem here
Same problem here, it goes from 10 ms to over 36k and then goes back to 10, ramp up to 36k and goes back to 10 ms. Is there anything going on?
Are you guys from Paraná and use Ligga telecom as a provider by any chance?
Hi there.

Im having the same issue, I ran some tests and noticed immense package loss, my provider is NET Claro.

Having the same problem here. ISP NET Claro. Guys try using the Texas server. It has a latency of 126 ms, but it's constant, way better quality than SP Server.

Same problem here.
This keeps happening over here, did anyone manage to fix this on their end?
I have been having this problem for probably 3-4 days at this point. And it's not just here, it's also Washington DC servers as well. For some reason Texas seems to handle it better. However occasionally I just have to back out of a zone, and walk back in even on Texas servers to get a good connection.
