Item Filter

I cant see the item filter list in "Item Filter"--->"Item Filter Ladder" i dont see any list, if i refresh sometime i see for some refresh one or two new filter made by someone than it go away and the list stay at 0, this only for PC, if i change into playstation or xbox i see the lists.

any help? am i bugged/banned/blocked?

happening to me too idk what the deal is
