"More" modifiers to cast speed don't affect Lightning Conduit when triggered

Lightning Conduit says "This Spell's Cast Time is added to its Cooldown if Triggered" which does not imply that "more" modifiers to cast speed would not affect the cast time when it is triggered. Fanaticism gives 75% more Cast Speed but the cooldown on Lightning Conduit if using for example Spellslinger does not change while fanaticism is active.

It seems like either this is a bug or it needs to be noted on the skill that more cast speed modifiers do not affect it when triggered.

Fanaticism reads "grants spells you cast yourself 75% more cast speed".

Triggered spells are not cast by you.

Argh, duh, of course. I made the mistake of just looking at the wiki which doesn't state the "cast yourself" part. Next time maybe I'll look at what it actually says in game haha, thanks for the reply
