Nadir & Apex Mode Jewels

Hi, in this beautifull season of PoE. I choosed to play a build I found on internet. This same build use both jewel Nadir Mode (https://pathofexile.fandom.com/wiki/Nadir_Mode) & Apex Mode (https://pathofexile.fandom.com/wiki/Apex_Mode).

Both of those jewels should impact my critical strike chance. Nadir should increase it by 30% per intensity. And Apex should remove 10% per intensity.

But none of those effect do work. I can put any of the two jewel or even both. My crit chance on my spell don't even flinch (actually checked on every spell I was wearing). I do stack 4 Intensity (Intensity support giving 3 + skill tree node https://pathofexile.fandom.com/wiki/Intensity_(passive_skill)).
But nothing change. I have look with other people, nothing should block their effects. And I read few post about people having the same problem.

Edit: The % Spell damage work, and also the generating/removing of intensity too. Only the crit (which is the most important) seems to not work.

Is there any thing we/I forget ? Or is it a known bug ? Does the effect actually work but doesn't count inside GUI stat tracker?

I would like to bump this thread because I've noticed this too. Does the %crit chance on the character sheet just not properly update based on Intensity stacks? Or is the jewel actually failing to grant bonus crit?

Today, after some months, the bug is still up. I made a lot of tests, and the jewel is not working. None of my spells change with more or less intensity.

There is this thread too, since 2020! Please ggg, fix it.
