Are the Lake of Kalandra Tiles all random?

The 3 tile choices on the right side, are they mostly random? Sometimes I see Breach, Essence, etc. I don't know if I should save spots for these special tiles or just lay them with any.

Do I yield better drops if I lay Fire, Ice, Lightning in certain ways or it only matters what Tier they are (how far they are from the entrance)?


The reflection rings/ammys, are they mostly random or based on what elements we lay down? Much like Alva's temple where you can sort of customize the end drops with the elements you want?
