Atlas Skill Tree/Passives Not Working/Showing Info

As titles states - my atlas passive tree doesn't show any information under the name of the nodes. I am also getting content which should be blocked due to passive nodes I have allocated.

Check to see whether you have the Wandering Path and Grand Design keystones allocated.

Wandering Path removes the effects of notable nodes (including the blocking passives I believe) to increase the effect of small passives.

Grand Design removes the effects of small passives in exchange for %increased pack size per allocated notable passive.
