Izaro Unique item on death Darkshrine didn't drop unique

Got the darkshrine that gives Unique item on death to Izaro and there was no Unique item that dropped.

I had the same problem, no unique drop while having Izaro unique item drop on death.

On a similar note, no unique drop on Haku with the option of dropping an unique item.

Same here as well. While in Normal Lab, I had Darkshrine buffs for:

Izaro will drop an additional unique item on death
Izaro will drop an additional treasure key on death
Players in labyrinth will be affected by acceleration shrine

The extra key drop and acceleration buff worked, but no unique dropped on death at all.

Same issue, no unique from Izaro with darkshrine buff. Bug report number 2,487,564.

Hmmn last time I got it, he dropped a unique, but not sure if that was a natural drop or from the darkshrine.

This was in the level 75 lab, did anyone not get one in a different lab?
