Mysterious Voice in hideout

I'm getting the Delirium voicelines in my hideout every few minutes wich is really annoying and I dont know what to do about it pls help.

SAME. I thought it was part of the new league mechanic but it turns out none of my friends have it!

this voice is annoying. you can shut down his voice on ingame sound settings "Dialogue Volume". But then you shut down all ingame voices from books or your character like: "i have no mana". at least i don't miss it.

Guys i know what it is now, its this new weapon effect from the boxes.

I don't know who thought that the almost constantly talking mtx was a good idea with no way to turn it off besides removing the mtx. The constant chatter is bloody annoying after hearing it over and over for hours.
