Dash skill problem

When performing the skill "Dash",I try to click to move or right click to use other skills.However,the "Dash" stopped just as if I interupted it,and more strangely my character's location has changed at that time,just like she warped to another spot,which even was very far away from her original one.
What I wanna ask is whether this phenomenon was from the true skill mechanics or because of some bug.
