Mageblood bug - stops working randomly

it still not fix? really? i dead so many times in delve because of this
it happened to all flasks, and when swap flask to slot it need to double click it again to take an effect.

My wife and I are both having the same issue with our characters and magebloods.

Bumping because I'm having this issue as well. It's pretty random and can happen at any time for seemingly no reason at all while you're fighting any random mob from a white to a unique.

Taking your belt off and re-equipping it multiple times mid boss fight is not fun at all.

Occur to me also. When you enter a new location. Sometimes flask does not apply unless re-equip.

It happened to me repeatedly during bosses and maps. However, I unequipped my 5th flask, per a suggestion on the first page and I haven't had the issue since. I don't know if it was fixed by GGG or by me removing the 5th flask.

Also having this issue. Please fix. No unique flask.

Happens to me all the time, almost lost a complete Simulacrum due to the bug. On my RF character, you realize it when the Ruby flask turns off and you just degen until you're at 1 life. This happens with/without pressing the fifth flask. Happened on multiple characters, really annoying.

Same here today 2 deaths because bug... :(
