Is Malachai's 3 Guardians quest bugged?

Did the quest for Piety, got all 3 organs. Went to do Lab instead. Have all 3 items in my inventory.
Went back to the harvest and all 3 items went poof. Is this a bug or working as intended? Last bumped on Aug 20, 2022, 11:00:53 AM

If the instance resets, you have to go back through and kill Doedre, Maligaro, and Shav again. You already have the organs, but you also can't get in to Malachai if any of them are alive.
I have a pretty good sense of humor. I'm not German.
