cannot set resolution to 1920 X 1080

3.18 broke the 1920 X 1080 resolution option for some people, it is still not working after the 3.19 update.
it only works in windowed fullscreen, selecting it in normal fullscreen or windowed mode automatically changes you to a lower resolution. have reinstalled the game, updated graphics drivers, swapped vulcan/dx11/dx12, changed all settings in graphics tab. Last bumped on Aug 20, 2022, 3:31:05 PM
