Char stuck on loading screen (solved)

Started playing new league today. After teleporting to act III city, got infinite loading screen. Now I cannot access this character. Every time I try to get in game with it, I get infinite loading screen and it even does not throw me back to menu or disconnect after time. All other characters are loading with no problems.

Is there any solution?

Edit. It loaded after some time finally, but I can't move. Another try returns infinite loading screen again.

Changed server and finally was able to load in game.
So the problem was solved. Thread can be deleted.
