The Tempest and the death of Stormcloud

I have been a through The Tempest enjoyer since its release in prophecy, ive made many build using it and although it has never been particularly powerful ( bar one league where it had its day in the sun and was meta ) it is one of the few uniques to not be rolled into its core item.

Most people wont care but as someone who played some variation on a The Tempest build every league for about 2 years it saddens me to see it be completely unobtainable.

It is an item that I always get excited for each league as so many new uniques and ascendancies can make fun use of it.

It is far from a game breaking item and without the proper items and some late game flat scaling ( with the exception of wake of destruction ) the levelling difference between storm cloud and the tempest is minimal.

The storm cloud is a functionally useless item and gets out scaled quickly when levelling having a brief time to be used between 20-40 and without the tempest this bow has no place or value.

So i am campaigning for the tempest to be rolled into storm cloud ( or be re added in its own right)

As i said i many people do not care but my excitement for this league died when i relaised i couldnt do the CI tempest build i was planning with the new quiver

P.S also realm ender was super fun too

I'll also miss Frostferno. Having a 6L with a Lv30 Cold to Fire and a Lv5 Empower for my Elemental Hit build was good.
