Withering Step MTX Question

Does the Demonic Withering Step change the elusive effect in general or just WS? For example, I'm using Whithering Step and Nightblade Support on Lightning Strike. Will the elusive effect stay red or will it keep swapping back and forth between red and green every time elusive gets overwritten? Thanks for your time and help.

" Hiya, Demonic Withering Step only affects the visual of the affected Withering Step skill. Other sources of Elusive won't be affected - hope this helps! |
